  • You have purchased a subscription from STATICIPTV.
  • You are experiencing major technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • You have submitted a refund request within 7 days from the date of subscription purchase.

Please note that refund requests outside of these conditions will not be accepted.

  2. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issues and provide you with a solution.
  3. If the issues cannot be resolved, our support team will provide you with instructions on how to submit a refund request.
  4. Submit your refund request following the instructions provided by our support team.
  5. Once the refund request is received, it will be evaluated, and if it meets the refund conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for the following cases:

  • If you have violated the terms of use of STATICIPTV.
  • If you have requested a refund for reasons other than major technical issues.
